Diagnosed and described the problem, which was a regular Samsung blunder. Two days later, he returned with the required parts. The repair was performed and explained. It was successfully repaired. My Fisher & Paykel dishwasher was making lots of loud noises plus it was shutting off mid cycle.I knew it was the motor but wanted an estimate for repair on my dishwasher that was 8 years old. The unit needed a new wash motor that would have cost a lot. We opted to just buy another dishwasher. We called FAJ Tech Service, there response time is good. The only frustration was poor verbal communication. I appreciate English may not be the first language of the technicians, but "in some time sir" is not really an acceptable response for "how long do you think it will take to fix?"
