It looked like an old boretti bbq grill when i brought it to these guys, believe me when i tell you it has been in closet with all grease and dust for a year. I was expecting a judgmental look, but the team was so sweet. They told me it will take a day to get it back to life and they did. It was spotless with no grease. My Fisher & Paykel dishwasher was making lots of loud noises plus it was shutting off mid cycle.I knew it was the motor but wanted an estimate for repair on my dishwasher that was 8 years old. Diagnosed and described the problem, which was a regular Samsung blunder. Two days later, he returned with the required parts. The repair was performed and explained. It was successfully repaired. Bought an expensive campfire grill from Amazon in the US and the gas canister locking mechanism stopped working within a few weeks. I was a loss as it would be too costly send it back to the US for a warranty claim, and I didn't like the cheaper alternatives found in the UAE. I highly recommend this place if your home appliances is broken. I gave them to fix a robot vacuum cleaner (roborock s 5 max). First they did diagnostics, identified the problem. The repair was done flawlessly, moreover, they returned the vacuum cleaner to me in a clean condition, for which I did not pay extra.
